Accounts Officer – 8 Week Temporary Contract

Belmont | $40–45ph + Super | 4–5 Days Per Week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Officer to join a well-established business in Belmont for an initial 8-week temporary assignment.

This is a varied position with a strong focus on end-to-end Accounts Receivable, alongside supporting the wider finance team with some Accounts Payable duties.

The Role

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable
• Raising invoices and allocating payments
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Credit control and following up outstanding accounts
• Managing customer account queries
• Assisting with Accounts Payable as required
• General finance and administration support

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or Accounts Receivable position
• Strong end-to-end AR experience
• Exposure to Accounts Payable
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Construction industry experience is highly regarded
