Description
Our office, Triangle Implant Center - Mequon, is seeking a Practice Lead to join our busy specialty practice. The Practice Lead plays a key role in supporting the daily flow of the practice by helping to coordinate front office and clinical activities. This team member serves as a resource for staff, steps in to assist where needed, and helps maintain a smooth, efficient, and positive environment for patients and team members.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations to help maintain efficient patient flow across front office and clinical areas
- Serve as a point of contact for team questions or workflow troubleshooting throughout the day
- Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling adjustments, and front office coverage as needed
- Help new team members acclimate to office workflows and procedure
- Communicates any issues, concerns, or needs to the Practice Administrator for follow-up
- Collaborate with the team and Practice Administrator to promote a positive, team-focused environment
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of similar experience in a dental setting
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong understanding of administrative and/or clinical workflows
- Proficiency in dental practice management software
- Positive, team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment
- Must be able to assist patients safely in and out of chairs or treatment areas
- Must be able to maintain clinical positioning for extended periods
- Must be able to work around medical equipment and instruments
- Must be able to adhere to OSHA and infection control standards
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations
