About the Team

The Customer Identity and Core team (CIC) is part of Capital One’s Enterprise Product and Experience organization. The CIC team is responsible for managing the enterprise system of record for over 100 million customers, including consumers, businesses and devices, enabling access to the company’s customer experiences, providing customer and business intelligence, and protecting critical customer account information at the highest level of security.

The products built by our team are foundational for creating seamless customer experiences, keeping customer financial well-being safe and secure, and unlocking business growth by providing a full picture of each unique human Capital One serves. We are building a platform to connect all human, business and device data in real time to support the entire customer journey for Capital One. About the Role
As Senior Director of Product for Customer Contactability, you will serve as the strategic architect of the enterprise-wide platform governing customer email, phone, and address data touch points. In this high-visibility role, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and governance model to deliver scalable, self-service contactability capabilities across all lines of business. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive human-centered, risk-mitigated outcomes. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

 

McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

 

New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

 

Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
