The Business Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing Cordavis’ commercial growth, portfolio performance and partnering strategy at Cordavis. This individual will support and, where appropriate, lead cross-functional initiatives across the business and commercial development lifecycle, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.

The Business Manager will lead and support activities focused on identifying, evaluating and executing opportunities that expand the company's commercial footprint and enhance portfolio performance. This includes partnerships, product commercialization, specialty pharmacy and channel management, pharmacy expansion opportunities and emerging business models. Working cross-functionally, the role will drive commercial execution, biosimilar adoption and business growth through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Commercial & Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate and execute commercial growth opportunities, including partnering, product commercialization initiatives, pharmacy channel expansion, and enabling new business models.
  • Develop robust business cases and recommendations using financial modeling, market analysis, risk assessment and ROI projections.
  • Support go-to-market planning and commercial initiatives that drive growth, market penetration and portfolio performance.

Partner Management

  • Lead engagement across the Cordavis portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for key specialty pharmacy and third-party partners.
  • Support biosimilar adoption and specialty pharmacy performance through cross-functional collaboration and operational execution.
  • Partner with pharmacy and operational teams to identify and address barriers impacting product performance, patient access and commercialization success.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party partners to support operational readiness, education and pull-through initiatives.

Performance Analytics & Market Insights

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including market share, new prescriptions, biosimilar conversion, patient adherence, discounting practices and wholesaler sell-through.
  • Conduct market, competitive and patient journey analyses to identify trends, risks and opportunities impacting portfolio performance.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations that improve commercial execution, patient access and business outcomes.

Cross-functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Market Access, Finance, Market Intelligence, Legal, Supply Chain and Quality.
  • Drive execution of commercial and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability and timely delivery against objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and optimize business performance.

Other Activities

  • Support conference preparation and scheduling to support commercial activities (e.g. PCMA, Asembia, JP Morgan, BIO).
  • As needed, may work with other colleagues to support in the identification, assessment and building of proposals for new opportunities, including the screening of products, companies, and therapeutic areas.
  • Support the development of executive materials in line with business needs.

Education*:

Essential: Bachelors in relevant specialties with a strong academic record

Preferrable: Registered pharmacist (Pharmacy Society of Ireland) with Advanced degree (MBA or Msc)

Experience*:

  • 5-7 years of experience with a focus on business development, management consulting, corporate strategy, commercial operations or related fields.
  • Prior experience in healthcare & lifesciences industry preferable, working across global teams.
  • Prior experience in both managing and working with external providers/manufacturers/suppliers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory landscape, competitive environment, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in leading and executing complex projects with an ability to influence others independent of level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Proven project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence others independent of level.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

€50,000.00 - €125,000.00
