Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability for Numeric power solutions, LG commercial displays and IT products, and ViewSonic display and collaboration solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, and enterprise customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, corporate, education, government, and SMB segments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate business forecasts.
- Execute vendor programs, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives to drive market penetration.
- Conduct partner enablement programs, product training, and business review meetings.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, pre-sales, and operations teams to support business growth.
- Work closely with vendor stakeholders to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in one or more of the following product categories:
- Numeric: UPS, Power Backup, Power Conditioning Solutions.
- LG: Commercial Displays, Monitors, Digital Signage, LED Displays.
- ViewSonic: Monitors, Interactive Flat Panels, Projectors, Collaboration Solutions.
- Strong channel management, vendor management, and partner development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
