JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Drop-ship Purchase Orders
- Online ordering
- Update vendor Purchase Order confirmations
- Process repairs, warranties and returned goods
- Assist Shipping and Receiving, as required
- Assist Inventory Control Manager, as required
- Other Warehouse Operations duties, as assigned

- Work hours average 40 per week; may require additional hours including evening and weekends depending on business needs.
- Standard work hours for the service department are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm.
- Work typically performed in an indoor shop environment.
Requirements
- Experience with Epicor’s P21 or other commercial inventory management software
