What You’ll Do
- Coordinate installation, service, and sales schedules
- Process payroll, invoices, payments, deposits, and collections
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash
- Support inventory control and vendor orders
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests
- Maintain accurate records and update company systems
- Partner with the Branch Leader to keep daily operations running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Administrative or office support experience
- Experience with payroll, scheduling, AP/AR, collections, or related functions
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and software applications
- Team-oriented with a positive, resourceful approach
