Corporate Banking, Analyst - Mobility, Aerospace & Defense

As an Analyst on Citi's Mobility and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Corporate Banking team, you will be working directly alongside senior bankers on multi-billion dollar transactions, building financial models that inform real decisions, and developing the kind of sector expertise that takes years to acquire anywhere else.

Your client universe spans the full breadth of the Mobility and A&D landscape: from legacy defense primes and major OEMs to the electric vehicle disruptors to rocket companies that are redefining what is possible in transportation and space. These are some of the most dynamic, high-stakes businesses in the global economy and you will be helping finance their next chapter.

This is a front-office, high-growth coverage role and the team’s trajectory is cleared for launch. That means client exposure, meaningful work, and a fast track to becoming a well-rounded banking professional at one of the world's most globally connected institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a core team member on client transactions, projects, and assignments

• Partner closely with senior Corporate Banking Officers on day-to-day deal activity across a diverse client base including automotive OEMs and commercial space ventures

• Organize and analyze complex financial data to support client proposals and strategic plans

• Craft written recommendations and compelling, data-driven materials for client asks, credit and capital committees

• Conduct economic and financial research across the Mobility and A&D sectors  from automotive supply chains to satellite launch economics

• Evaluate companies' financial performance against industry and market benchmarks

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or a related field

• Working knowledge of Corporate Banking and its products

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication

• Strong planning and organizational skills in fast-moving environments

• Commitment to obtain your Series 63, Series 79 and SIE licenses within 150 days of joining

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$110,000.00 - $135,000.00

Salary shown is for full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time hires based on number of hours worked.
 

The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is:

$52.88 - $64.90
