Salary: $71,072.43 - $73,287.41 (pro-rata) + super +salary packaging

About the role

• Provide exceptional front-line customer service by welcoming patients, managing enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for patients, visitors, and referring clinicians.

• Coordinate patient administration activities including registrations, appointment preparation, Medicare billing, payments, medical record management, and maintaining accurate patient information.

• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Department of Theranostics and Nuclear Medicine by managing phone enquiries, correspondence, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

• Build strong working relationships with clinicians, referrers, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams while providing administrative support for clinical services and research activities.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining data accuracy, complying with hospital policies and billing requirements, and supporting quality initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency

About you

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach to delivering exceptional customer service.

• You have proven experience in a busy front-line customer service or administration role, with the ability to confidently manage competing stakeholder expectations.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise multiple tasks, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• You have outstanding organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and can confidently follow processes and detailed instructions.

• You are proficient in using computer systems and databases for data entry and record management, with a flexible, adaptable approach to change and continuous improvement.
