In this role, you will be responsible for preparing civil site design plans and supporting the development of a variety of projects, including single-family residential, multi-family residential, industrial, and commercial developments. Responsibilities include producing grading, drainage, utility, and roadway plans, collaborating with engineers and project managers, and ensuring designs comply with local, state, and client standards.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role is 100% on-site in Dallas, TX.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of civil design experience preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
- Experience preparing site development plans for single-family residential, multi-family residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, utility layouts, and site development principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
