Sales Analyst Intern
 

We are looking for a Sales Analyst Intern to join our European Group Controlling Team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In this role, you will support sales reporting and business analytics activities across Europe by preparing reports, maintaining databases, and providing analytical insights to internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the Sales Analyst and support the wider Sales and Operations organization through data analysis and reporting.
 

This is a full-time, 6-month internship based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with a hybrid working model requiring regular on-site presence.
 

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
 

• Assisting in the preparation of sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reporting activities.

• Maintaining and updating reporting files, databases, and analytical tools.

• Performing regular data validation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy.

• Supporting the Sales Analyst and Data Analytics team with data preparation and analysis.

• Responding to ad-hoc reporting and data requests from sales and business stakeholders.

• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing business data from various sources.

• Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for management.

• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency and data quality.

• Taking ownership of recurring reporting and data preparation activities.

Required Qualifications And Experience
 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong interest in business analysis, reporting, and sales performance management.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience
 

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Exposure to ERP systems or business reporting tools.

• Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion is an advantage.

• Interest in working within a multicultural European business environment.
