Associate Director, Market Access and Business Development, Nordics-Benelux

We are seeking an Associate Director, Market Access and Business Development to lead CSL Seqirus' market access and commercial growth initiatives across the Nordics and Benelux. This newly created strategic role reports to the Country Head, Nordics & Benelux and will play a pivotal role in driving the successful establishment, expansion, and long-term growth of the CSL Seqirus portfolio across the region.

Job Summary

The Associate Director, Market Access and Business Development is responsible for developing and executing market access strategies that enable sustainable growth of the CSL Seqirus portfolio across the Nordics and Benelux. The role combines strategic market access leadership with business development, stakeholder engagement, tender management, and cross-functional collaboration to maximise commercial opportunities and strengthen CSL Seqirus' position within the healthcare landscape.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role will build long-term partnerships with health authorities, reimbursement bodies, policymakers, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders while supporting policy initiatives, pricing and reimbursement activities, and commercial strategies that improve patient access and drive business performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for planning and implementing market access strategy for CSL products in a designated territory

• Works cross functionally with brand teams and other key stakeholders to develop value propositions for CSL products

• Builds and maintains relationships with health economic opinion leaders, reimbursement agencies, and healthcare groups

• Generates and communicates information on product efficacy, health economics and value propositions to demonstrate advantages of CSL products

• Monitors external environment, customers and competitors to understand market conditions and identify and execute opportunities to develop the business across channels

• Evaluates pricing and market access risks and partners cross functionally to address

• Prepares, submits, and manages bids or proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) or tender invitations from various healthcare providers, government agencies, hospitals, or other institutions. Ensures compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Compliance with Seqirus internal processes and Codes of conduct

• Maintain customer records, meeting notes and submit regular meeting reports where required

• Ensure fully authorised and compliant sales contracts and sales agreements are in place and kept up to date where applicable

• Provide back up for colleagues as needed to support business continuity.

• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and the applicable industry code of conduct

Profile requirements

• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• At least one of: Science background, BSc in a science discipline,
• Local Industry Code compliance
• Previous experience in similar role in pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience of Market Access and policy shaping activities.
• Fluent in English and a selection of local languages (Scandinavian, Finnish, Dutch, French)
• Required to be flexible in working hours
• Travel requirements: 25-30% within Europe (focus Nordics/Benelux), with overnight stay. Exceptionally, travel beyond Europe might be considered
