Role Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Ecommerce team to support driving the growth of EU customer acquisition across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates and SEO. It goes without saying you’ll love all things Anthropologie and ideally have experience working within an online, retail environment!
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Digital Marketing team in the execution of the Anthropologie EU strategy
- Supporting the day-to-day management and optimisation of digital marketing channels
- Assisting in weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting across digital marketing channels
- Regular liaison with the external digital marketing agencies, ensuring tasks are actioned in the agreed time frame
- Work closely with the online trading and buying teams to ensure ads are aligned with the priority product offering and the promotional calendar
- Assist in planning and booking in promotional activity across key affiliates in line with our marketing calendar
- Building and coordinating digital content and campaigns
- Partner with the ecommerce trading and web production team on any SEO recommendations and optimisations.
- Monitoring channel performance and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all assets are briefed and completed ahead of launch dates across all channels and shared with the relevant agencies
What You'll Need
- Relevant experience working with digital marketing channels.
- An understanding of working within a retail ecommerce business.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to pull data and share this data with peers and stakeholders.
- An understanding of ad building or keen willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
