Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering software engineering solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires transforming design ideas into tangible prototype models swiftly while carefully balancing the practical aspects of technical implementation with the original design vision. The position demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that user interactions are intuitive and effective, contributing to the creation of seamless and engaging digital products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to refine user interface prototypes and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve prototype functionality based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Maintain clear documentation of prototype development processes and decisions to support team transparency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in wireframing and interactive prototyping tools to create user-centric designs.
- Ability to analyze user behavior and feedback to inform iterative design improvements.
- Experience in collaborating with software engineers to assess technical feasibility of design concepts.
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and incorporating findings into design refinements.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and prototype functionality to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
