The OpportunityAs a Financial Services Tax - Real Estate Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the complexities of tax compliance and strategic consulting. Within our Tax practice, you will help clients navigate the ever-evolving tax landscape, advising on local and international tax affairs, and providing insights into business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing. Your expertise will be crucial in helping organizations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties and advising on the tax implications of various deals.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, leveraging your skills and professional networks to deliver quality outcomes. Your role will involve motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment, and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our firm by fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together, navigating the complexities of cross-border engagements, and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Responsibilities
- Leading tax compliance and advisory projects for financial services clients, focusing on real estate
- Advising clients on local and international tax obligations and structuring to optimize business outcomes
- Managing cross-border tax engagements and navigating complex regulatory environments
- Developing and implementing strategic tax planning initiatives to address client needs
- Drafting and reviewing tax documents, confirming accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Analyzing financial statements and trends to provide insights and recommendations for tax strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
- Collaborating with diverse teams to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and drive project success
- Contributing to the development of innovative tax services and solutions within the asset and wealth management sector
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
