We offer a competitive starting salary of €100,500.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise. .

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• AITI or CTC qualified with post-qualification tax experience.

• Strong corporate tax and capital gains tax technical knowledge.

• A strong communicator with demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team.

• A proven record of commitment to professional and client service excellence.

• Aircraft leasing experience in a Big 4 environment
   

What type of work will I be doing?
 

As a Director you will be responsible for day-to-day team supervision and assisting with project leadership. This entails a variety of challenging activities:

• Providing a top class tax consulting service to a portfolio of aircraft leasing clients, including advising on cross-border leasing transactions.

• Researching and presenting detailed technical tax advice to support tax advisory projects.

• Corresponding with both Revenue and clients on the client's tax affairs.

• Working as part of a team with partners, ensuring the smooth running of the department.

• Involvement in sustaining and growing client business, proposing and winning new business and positively contributing to the overall development of the practice.

• Managing client relationships and overseeing quality service delivery to those clients across advisory and compliance workstreams.

• Supervision and development of a team of trainees and seniors, and liaising with the corporation tax compliance delivery team as needed.

• Managing a team that will work with you on your client portfolio, delivering the quality of service clients expect while developing and managing your team.

Where is this role based?
 

This is a Dublin based role encompassing a hybrid work model. We are also flexible on location and offer opportunities across our offices in Cork, Limerick or Galway.
