As part of the Advisory Line of Service, our Sustainability team helps organisations navigate sustainability-related challenges and opportunities. We support clients in integrating sustainability into their business strategies, responding to evolving regulations, and creating long-term value through sustainable transformation.

We are seeking an Associate or Administrator to join our Sustainability team and work alongside experienced professionals supporting clients across a variety of industries. This role offers excellent learning opportunities, exposure to real client projects and the chance to develop valuable consulting, analytical and business skills.
Responsibilities
In this exciting starting position, you will:
- Supporting sustainability engagements for clients;
- Conducting research on sustainability trends, regulations and market developments;
- Assisting with materiality assessment projects;
- Gathering, analysing and interpreting sustainability-related data;
- Preparing reports, presentations and client deliverables;
- Supporting the development of sustainability strategies and initiatives;
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams; and
- Building your knowledge and understanding of sustainability topics and business challenges.
Experience and Qualifications
- HSC school leaver with good A-Levels (for Administrator Level);
- A bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Associate Level);
- Strong interest in sustainability and responsible business practices;
- Strong analytical and research skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment; and
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
