For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5 anos years of experience as a SAP SF Time and Employee Central
- Proven expertise in SAP SF Time, including time tracking, absence management, and time valuation rules configuration.
- Ability to translate client HR and time management requirements into structured SAP SuccessFactors configurations that align with business objectives.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, with a track record of identifying and proposing solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem before issues escalate.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with client-side business and HR teams throughout SAP SF project delivery.
- Clear and structured communication skills, enabling effective collaboration between technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders in SAP SuccessFactors engagements.
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Availability for Remote model (based in Portugal)
