Role Purpose
LevelTen Energy is on a mission to accelerate the energy transition. We run the world's largest clean energy marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers and enabling them to get deals done faster through market intelligence, software, and transaction tools. Since our founding in 2016, LevelTen's platform has facilitated more than $14.8 billion in clean energy transactions.
Join us on a mission that matters.
As the Senior Director, Strategic Energy Markets, North America, you will lead LevelTen's customer engagement strategy across a portfolio of renewable energy developers, corporate and utility buyers, advisors, strategic partners, and hyperscale data center customers. Reporting to the VP of Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, account growth, marketplace participation, and executive-level relationships across some of the most influential organizations shaping the future of clean energy.
This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of renewable energy markets, customer strategy, and commercial growth. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of renewable energy procurement, power markets, and commercial structures such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), combined with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing strategic customer relationships.
You will lead a talented North American team responsible for helping customers realize value from LevelTen's marketplace, accelerating participation across the renewable energy ecosystem, and expanding engagement with some of the world's largest energy buyers, developers, and infrastructure organizations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape customer strategy and marketplace growth during a pivotal period in the energy transition. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, a key partner to executive leadership, and a driving force behind LevelTen's recurring revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term market expansion.
If you're passionate about renewable energy, skilled at building and leading teams, and excited by the opportunity to influence the future of clean energy markets, we'd love to hear from you.
