POSITION BRIEF

This individual will be a direct point of contact and have direct responsibility and accountability for processing and managing new transaction inquiries within an assigned geographic territory. This individual is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of their assigned territory in a manner that is consistent with the client’s goals and RPG processes.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of client owned real estate within an assigned geographic territory:

• Effectively manage day-to-day activity process related to new transaction inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project information in transaction databases
• Maintain ongoing communication with client via written/verbal updates and reports in a timely manner
• Analyze and manage client’s portfolio in a proactive manner by proposing transactions that will assure maximum value-added results for the client
• Serve as information resource – Conduct research on property details, ownership, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client’s internal departments
• Uphold high quality standards and data accuracy
• Ensure all work aligns with client goals, internal processes, and compliance requirements
• Serve as a mentor and provide constructive feedback to and learn from other team members

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years real estate experience, preferably with some direct transaction background
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, manage time proficiently
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable reviewing real estate agreements and interpreting language
• Technical skills for efficient use of communication with client and customers
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
• Knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign is a plus
