DiBiase Heating and Cooling is seeking an experienced and dependable Service Plumber to join our team. The Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while providing exceptional customer service and IPC knowledge. In order to hire and retain such quality and skilled employees, we provide top-notch benefits, great pay, and an awesome culture and team to work with!ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, friendly customer service and clearly explain plumbing issues and solutions.Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.Recommend repairs, upgrades, maintenance plans, and replacement options when appropriate.Communicate with Dispatch and the Plumbing Manager to stay on schedule and provide job updates.Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools and materials.Complete service records, job notes, invoices, and other required paperwork accurately and promptly.Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with pride.Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards.Participate in ongoing training and maintain required licenses and certifications.Qualifications and Requirements3+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial) Journeyman or MasterStrong knowledge of IPC codesProficient in using hand tools, power tools and other construction machineryStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues on-siteAbility to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sitesFamiliarity with carpentry basics relevant to remodeling or integrated construction workExcellent basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass background checkBenefits401(k) 3% MatchBereavement leaveCompany truckDental insuranceFuel cardHealth insuranceLife insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planVision insurance
