Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage spare parts demand for data center server, storage, and networking products
Analyze historical consumption, failure rates, and forecasts to drive accurate demand planning
Generate and manage purchase requisitions and supply plans through MRP/ERP systems
Collaborate with sourcing, buyers, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including excess, aging, and obsolescence
Support RMA, service, and field support teams with critical spare parts availability
Drive pull-in / push-out / cancellations based on demand fluctuations
Track and report key supply chain metrics (fill rate, shortages, inventory turns, etc.)
Partner with engineering and quality teams on part lifecycle changes, EOL, and alternates
Ensure readiness for new product introductions (NPI) and spare parts ramp planning
Identify and mitigate supply risks to avoid service disruptions
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent demands from customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
5-7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, or spare parts planning
Experience in data center hardware, electronics manufacturing, or OEM environments
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning concepts
Familiarity with RMA, service logistics, and spare parts lifecycle management is a plus

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000-120,000 annually.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
