The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy and Program Management will play a critical role in driving strategic alignment and operational excellence within Samsung Electronics America (SEA) Corporate Strategy. This role serves at the intersection of corporate strategy, executive engagement, and cross-functional program execution. It is ideally suited for a results-driven professional with exceptional executive communication acumen, superior organizational capabilities, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The successful candidate will have a history of supporting C-suite executives in global organizations and poised to operate with expanded strategic influence and leadership visibility.
Role and Responsibilities
- Executive-Level External Engagement:
- Lead strategic outreach and engagement efforts with C-suite executives across Fortune 100 companies.
- Coordinate high-profile meetings, relationship touchpoints, and follow-up strategies to strengthen Samsung’s executive network.
- Develop and refine executive briefing materials, talking points, and post-engagement documentation to ensure message alignment and strategic continuity.
- Oversee and optimize a CRM database of key external relationships, capturing insights, outcomes, and next steps to drive long-term partnership cultivation.
- Proactively identify executive forums, conferences, and curated networking opportunities aligned with Samsung’s strategic growth agenda.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Strategic Communications:
- Act as strategic liaison between the Corporate Strategy Team and other internal business units, ensuring alignment of goals and actions across functions.
- Facilitate strategic workshops, steering committee meetings, and cross-functional strategy sessions.
- Manage internal communications and workstream assignments across project stakeholders
- Prepare executive summaries, presentation decks and project documentation
- Support the development of reports and proposals for senior leadership
- Strategic Project Coordination and Support:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the VP and Head of Strategy
- Track and coordinate project timelines, milestones and deliverables while maintaining project governance for strategic initiatives
- Maintain regular reporting on project progress to internal stakeholders
- Research, Analysis & Operations Optimization:
- Conduct preliminary research and gather information on market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential strategic partners as needed to support strategic initiatives
- Assist in preparation of internal and external communications related to strategic projects
- Drive continuous improvement in team operations, tools, and knowledge management systems to scale strategic impact
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in strategy, program management, or a similar role.
- Proven success supporting executive leadership through strategic program management and operational excellence.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting technology or product-driven teams.
- Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability.
