Join the LEGO Group as a Senior Manager for Group Sustainability Reporting & Compliance, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we measure and report on our performance across environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics. Core Responsibilities

• Integrate ESG reporting with the Consolidated Financial Statements (Annual Report and Interim Report).
• Lead the annual sustainability target-setting process, working closely with stakeholders to define short, medium, and long-term goals for the LEGO Group.
• Drive planning of annual audit activities, ensuring effective collaboration with external auditors.
• Serve as focal point for consolidation and controlling of ESG performance metrics, taking ownership of different topic areas across the organization as business needs evolve.
• Translate new regulatory requirements on ESG disclosure (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, ISSB) into practical processes, policies, and action plans.
• Engage in cross-functional projects to standardize processes, optimize reporting flows, automate tasks, and strengthen control environment.
• Serve as a trusted sparring partner to and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - including Business Service Operations, Communications, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Sustainability - to guide the organization and support strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosure, or financial reporting, preferably in a large global organization.
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and regulations (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, GRI, ISSB, TCFD) and their practical application.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Social Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex reporting processes and senior stakeholder relationships efficiently in a highly collaborative setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive working relationships across departments and geographies.
• Able to translate complex ESG data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Results and deadline driven team player with strong organizational skills; a proactive and curious mindset; attention to detail; problem-solving abilities; and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
