Our product designers work closely with product managers, engineers, product marketers, and thousands of our users to make their lives easier through technology, including Titan Intelligence, our AI platform. We embrace agile development and design thinking to ship dozens of new features every month, and we measure our success by our customers' success.

We're building out our Bangalore design team and looking for a talented AI-First Staff Product Designer who enjoys solving complex problems with data-driven, AI-powered solutions. This person will design experiences that put Titan Intelligence at the core of the product, not bolted on as an afterthought, across desktop, tablet, and mobile touchpoints. You'll bring a balanced toolkit of research, interface design, and prototyping capabilities, with real fluency in designing for AI-driven and agentic workflows.

As a Staff Product Designer, you're capable of running discovery research with users, creating journey maps and task flows, conducting user interviews, whiteboarding task flows, mocking up interface screens, and prototyping solutions for testing - including AI-assisted prototyping tools that speed up how fast ideas go from concept to validation. You set a strong example and provide thoughtful direction within the team, often acting as a mentor and coach. You're known across the company for your creativity, leadership, and innovation.
This is an opportunity to shape one of the largest platforms disrupting the home services industry, and to help define what AI-first product design looks like at ServiceTitan's growing Bangalore hub.
 

What You'll Do:

• Build positive, collaborative relationships across product, engineering, and research to explore, build, and ship your work

• Develop deep expertise across multiple product problem areas, with a focus on where Titan Intelligence and AI capabilities can meaningfully improve the experience

• Design human-AI interaction patterns, including agentic workflows, confidence and trust cues, human-in-the-loop review steps, and graceful handling of AI uncertainty or error

• Quickly prototype solutions to visual and interaction problems, using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to accelerate iteration

• Talk to users to understand their problems, current pain points, and comfort level with AI-driven features

• Design experiences that are simple, elegant, and solve real problems

• Use remote tools to whiteboard, create wireframes, and design in Figma, iterating toward a shippable solution

• Validate product ideas through experimental design and research approaches, including testing AI feature outputs for usefulness and trust

• Ship valuable, high-quality work without sacrificing speed

• Help more junior designers build empathy for our users and advocate for user needs, especially as AI changes how they work

• Represent our users in product strategy and roadmap discussions

• Review product design work and give constructive feedback

• Actively mentor designers, helping them build context, strong decision-making skills, and empathy for our users.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience designing B2B products, particularly modern SaaS or enterprise platforms

• Strong UX reasoning, with a proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous product problems through simple design solutions

• Direct experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted product features - for example, generative AI, recommendation systems, copilots, or agentic workflows - with a clear point of view on how to make AI experiences trustworthy and useful

• An outstanding portfolio showing a range of UX, interaction, and visual design work, plus idea generation or prototyping used to explore and convey design solutions

• Deep experience with UX research and end-to-end ownership, taking a problem from discovery through shipped solution

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience, with the self-starter mindset to match

• High attention to detail in both visual design and copy

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain the "why" behind your design rationale to your team and stakeholders

• A thought partner and leader others turn to for design judgment and point of view

• At least one year of experience directly managing a team of two or more people
