Opportunity Profile
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
Position Title: HVAC Service Sales Representative / Account Manager
The Opportunity:
An established and rapidly growing commercial HVAC and mechanical services organization is seeking two accomplished HVAC Service Sales Representatives to join its North Texas team. This is not a typical hunting-only sales role. The individuals hired will inherit an established portfolio of commercial HVAC customers while being empowered to expand those relationships, uncover new opportunities, and drive long-term revenue growth throughout the market.
This opportunity is ideally suited for a motivated HVAC sales professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with a solid technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems. The successful candidate will step into a position with immediate impact, assuming responsibility for existing accounts that require deeper penetration and expanded service offerings. These accounts represent significant untapped opportunity, with management actively seeking individuals who can strengthen customer relationships, identify replacement and retrofit projects, sell maintenance agreements, and create long-term growth.
The role offers the rare combination of an existing customer base, strong internal technical support, entrepreneurial freedom, and significant earning potential. With numerous customers currently requiring additional attention and engagement, the successful candidate will have the ability to quickly influence revenue growth while establishing themselves as a key contributor within the organization.
As the business continues to expand, this position offers future career advancement opportunities, including the potential to move into leadership roles as the company continues its growth trajectory. For a sales professional who thrives on autonomy, accountability, customer engagement, and technical selling, this represents a unique chance to join a company where individual performance has a direct and visible impact on business success.
The Company:
Founded in 2012, the company has grown from a startup operation into a respected commercial HVAC service and mechanical contractor serving a major Texas market. What began as a small organization has expanded into an approximately 75-80 employee company with multiple operating locations.
The company has built its reputation through consistent growth, strong customer relationships, and a commitment to delivering high-quality HVAC and mechanical solutions. Services include preventative maintenance agreements, service work, equipment replacements, retrofit projects, chiller replacements, cooling tower projects, rooftop unit replacements, and other commercial mechanical solutions.
One of the defining characteristics of the organization is its culture. Employee retention has historically been exceptionally strong, with leadership placing a significant emphasis on respect, fairness, and relationship-driven management. The company maintains an open-door environment where team members are encouraged to communicate openly with leadership. Employees are treated with respect regardless of position, and management is committed to creating a workplace that values collaboration, accountability, and mutual support
Unlike many larger organizations, the company offers the resources and capabilities of a substantial contractor while maintaining the agility, accessibility, and entrepreneurial spirit of a privately grown business.
The Boss:
This position reports directly to the founder and owner. The owner is a highly accomplished sales and operations leader with more than two decades of experience across commercial mechanical services, HVAC sales, operations management, and ownership. Prior to founding the company, he built a successful career in water treatment, sales leadership, and mechanical services, developing extensive expertise with chillers, cooling towers, pumps, HVAC systems, and commercial facility infrastructure.
Throughout his career, he has established a reputation for relentless work ethic, customer-focused sales execution, and hands-on leadership. He built the organization from a one-person startup into a thriving multi-location operation and remains actively involved in the growth and development of both the company and its employees.
What makes him particularly attractive as a leader is his commitment to mentorship and development. He enjoys teaching sales professionals how to grow accounts, build customer relationships, and create long-term success. He believes strongly in accountability, initiative, and work ethic, while also providing the support and accessibility that sales professionals need to succeed.
Professionals joining this organization will work directly with an owner who has personally achieved success in HVAC sales, understands the challenges of the role, and has built a company culture centered on trust, respect, and opportunity.
