 Senior Consultant – D365 Business Central

                                           (5 to 10 years of experience)

 

 

 

Technology skills and Competencies:

 

• Demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft D365 Business Central while supporting data requirements, translating requirements into implementation, configuration for testing events, report development and ultimately supporting the deployment into a production state
• Deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation engagements for enterprise clients, including complex configurations, customizations, development, and integrations.
• Define, drive, and execute implementation, delivery, and support initiatives within Business Central environments, particularly in Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Healthcare, Service Management.
• Demonstrating problem solving techniques to succinctly organize facts and recommendations. At the same time, recommend Business Central solutions, customizations, and third-party integrations based on client requirements.
• Developing personal networks towards establishing long-term relationships leading to new opportunities
• Establishing project governance and collaboration with other project team members and contractors to ensure successful delivery of client projects through entire implementation lifecycle (Analyze/Design, Build/Test, Deploy and Support)
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business and functional team members to align objectives, resources and expectations.
• Working with leadership to refine current program management strategy, processes, tools, techniques and bring forward lessons learned with execution challenges / barriers

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent in Information Systems, Accounting, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Information Technology
• Hands-on experience in full-cycle ERP implementation (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support)
• Strong experience to configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications to align with business processes.
• Experience in managing data migration, testing, task execution, and user adoption activities.
• Experience with third-party integrations and ERP solution implementations
• Having strong understanding of accounting and finance business processes.
• Experience in conducting discovery sessions, GAAP analysis, and preparing functional/technical specifications independently
• Ability to effectively engage US based teams and clients independently
• D365 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification
• Open to learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Work in shifts (Late evening & Night shifts)
• D365 Business Central Experience: 5 to 10 years
