IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL PROCESO

operación táctica, seguimiento administrativo y soporte logístico. planea y 

ejecute garantizando la satisfacción.

Gestión de Activaciones: Coordinar el montaje y desmontaje de materiales en eventos físicos y puntos de experiencia, asegurando que se cumplan los tiempos y estándares de calidad.

Operación de "Kits" y Materiales: Gestionar el inventario, envío y recepción de productos o merchandising para Press Trips, lanzamientos y eventos de Fuerza de Ventas (FV).

Soporte en Sitio: Estar presente en la ejecución de los eventos para supervisar que la agencia BTL cumpla con el cronograma minuto a minuto.

Seguimiento de Entregables: Revisar que las agencias entreguen a tiempo los materiales (renders, artes, cronogramas y presupuestos detallados).

Control de Calidad: 

Supervisar que la producción de la agencia (impresiones, mobiliario, uniformes) respete los colores y manuales de identidad de Natura y Avon.

Gestión de Compras y Pagos: Gestionar el alta de proveedores, la creación de órdenes de compra (OC) y el seguimiento de facturación para que los pagos a las agencias se realicen en tiempo y forma.

Recolección de Assets: 

Buscar fotos, vídeos para la realización de los artes de los eventos y activaciones, para el envío a las agencias

Consolidación de KPIs: Recopilar los datos de cada experiencia,  para alimentar los reportes de gestión actuales.
