Your mission
As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our Marketing Team Lead to bring ImFusion’s products, expertise, and culture to the right audiences. You will keep our digital channels up to date, coordinate conferences and campaigns and translate complex technical topics into clear and engaging content. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, managing several projects at once, and turning ideas into action.
Your responsibilities
Product Marketing & Digital Content
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, customers, and markets
- Translate technical topics into engaging content for our website, LinkedIn, industry publications, and marketing materials
- Keep our digital channels (with a focus on website management and LinkedIn) consistent, and up to date
- Collaborate with our tech teams to keep our product marketing assets relevant.
- Support with product launches
CRM, SEO/GEO, Monitoring
- Maintain our CRM System (Monday CRM) clean and act as a person of contact for change requests and amendments
- Monitor Website and social media KPIs, suggest improvements
- Do SEO/GEO initiatives and monitor their performance
Conferences & Events
- Coordinate our presence at conferences, trade fairs, webinars, and other events
- Manage timelines, bookings, invitations, communication, and marketing materials
- Promote events across the appropriate channels and ensure smooth execution
Campaigns & Employer Branding
- Prepare, execute, monitor, and improve marketing and account-based marketing campaigns
- Maintain the content calendar and independently coordinate planned activities
- Support employer branding from a marketing perspective
Your profile
- A degree in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a related field
- Professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technology-driven environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to embrace new perspectives and confidence to tackle new challenges without prior expertise
- A hands-on, independent, and reliable way of working
- Strong writing and communication skills and the ability to make complex topics accessible in English
- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working closely with different teams
- Experience with events, content marketing, social media (LinkedIn) management, and digital marketing campaigns
- Tools you will be working with include Google Analytics, Sanity, Adobe CS and/or Canva, Monday CRM, and Premiere, Office 365
- Ideally, you live in or around Munich and enjoy joining the team in our office from time to time, while benefiting from flexible working hours and generous home-office options
