What Makes This Role Great:
In this high-visibility program, you will complete four six-month rotations across critical business divisions, taking on hands-on projects in purchasing, data management, new product introduction, and fulfillment optimization while receiving structured post-program placement support aligned with your long-term career goals.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Drive strategic purchasing and supply chain management by qualifying vendors, negotiating competitive pricing, and optimizing global procurement processes.
- Coordinate new product introductions from concept to production, managing forecasts, material movements, and engineering releases.
- Optimize fulfillment center operations and material flow through data-driven logistics management and advanced inventory forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to maintain enterprise data warehouses and improve operational data integrity.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Minimum of one relevant prior internship or up to three years of professional experience in operations or supply chain functions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and ability to start in Dayton, Ohio in July 2026.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, initiative, and agility in adapting to shifting priorities within a collaborative team structure.

- Practical experience applying AI, computer vision, or machine learning solutions to manufacturing optimization, quality control, or autonomous procurement.
- Advanced expertise in data analytics tools applied to demand forecasting, inventory management, or logistics planning.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
