About the Role

Sineath Construction is looking for an organized, design-minded coordinator to support our Designer and Purchasing & Estimating team through the residential selection and pre-construction process. This role is a strong fit for an early-career interior designer who understands residential design and enjoys bringing structure to a project. You will help clients move from selections to approved specifications while keeping information, budgets, vendors, and deadlines aligned for the field team.

What You'll Do

• Support the Lead Designer and Purchasing & Estimating team with residential finish selections.
• Coordinate client selection deadlines, approvals, specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Post and maintain accurate selection information in JobTread so clients, vendors, and field staff can easily follow the latest information.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and trade partners through JobTread and other appropriate channels.
• Maintain selection reports and finish schedules for completeness, clarity, and team visibility.
• Track selection impacts on project budgets and update budget information after approvals.
• Coordinate selection-related purchase orders and help ensure materials are ordered and available when scheduled.
• Maintain vendor and trade partner information and support annual agreement and setup requirements.
• Assist with selection-related estimating tasks and variance purchase orders as needed.
• Track product rebate opportunities and help keep project records organized and current.
• Provide responsive client and partner communication throughout the selection process.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or formal training in Interior Design, or approximately 2 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Residential design experience or a strong understanding of residential finishes, materials, and selections.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, details, vendors, and client requests at the same time.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Comfort working with budgets, specifications, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with JobTread, Bluebeam, Chief Architect, AutoCAD, SoftPlan, or similar design/project management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and ask for direction when needed.

• Selection information is accurate, current, and easy for clients and field staff to use.
• Client selections and approvals are completed by established deadlines.
• Selection-related orders are coordinated accurately and on time.
• Budget impacts and project documentation are kept current.
• Clients, vendors, designers, and field staff receive clear and timely communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Full-time, in-person position with typical office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Medical Insurance: Eligible after 90 days
• Paid Time Off: 5 days/year (Years 1-2); 10 days/year after 2 years
• Sick Leave: 5 days/year
• 401(k): Eligible after 1 year with company match (100% match on the first 3%; 50% on the next 2%)
