MISSION 目标
Parking BEV Perception Model Development Engineer, responsible for iteratively optimizing BEV perception models, who can closely collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to continuously improve the model's performance on the vehicle. 泊车BEV感知模型开发工程师，负责BEV感知模型的迭代优化，能够与上下游团队紧密协作，持续提升模型在车端的表现。
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
- Design and iteratively optimize the parking perception BEV model to effectively estimate the vehicle's surrounding environment in parking scenarios, including occupancy prediction (OCC), dynamic and static object detection (OD), and parking space detection (PSD). 负责泊车感知BEV模型的方案设计和优化迭代，实现泊车场景下对车体周围环境的有效估计，包括占用预测OCC，动静态目标检测OD和库位检测PSD；
- Work closely with the data team to propose data collection and mining requirements, ensure the quality of delivered data, and assist the data team in continuously improving the production and delivery efficiency of the data pipeline. 与数据团队紧密协作，提出数据采集、数据挖掘需求，把控交付数据质量，协助数据团队持续提升数据链路的生产和交付效率；
- Collaborate with the deployment team to optimize model runtime on specific deployment platforms without compromising perception performance, meeting system timing requirements. 配合部署团队，针对具体部署平台，在保证感知效果的前提下对模型进行耗时优化，满足系统对感知的耗时要求；
- Keep up with cutting-edge technologies and actively participate in team discussions and technical sharing sessions. 跟踪前沿技术，积极参与团队的日常探讨和技术分享。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
- Diploma: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. 计算机、自动化、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- Working Experience: Experience in BEV perception algorithm development with a solid foundation in deep learning and computer vision, at least 2 years of BEV model development experience. 有BEV感知算法开发经验，至少两年以上的BEV模型开发经验，有良好的深度学习和计算机视觉基础。
- Language: Good English reading and writing skills. 良好的英文读写能力。
- Strong algorithmic skills, familiar with Python/C, and proficient in at least one training framework. . 有扎实的算法基础，熟悉Python/C++，熟练使用至少一种训练框架。
- Experience in mass production projects is a plus. 有量产项目经历者优先。
