Responsibilities

CNA-II Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions to the nursing team.
• Measure and record vital signs and other resident information as directed.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Support residents with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality care standards.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

 

Qualifications

• Part-Time/PRN
• Schedule: 11p-7a
• Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• License: Active Maryland CNA-II license
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
