- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Hunting, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
- Confidence making cold calls and opening doors with new prospects.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills—you know how to win trust and grow accounts.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing your sales pipeline with discipline.
- Experience in startups, logistics, marketplaces, or tech companies is a strong plus.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and propose value-driven solutions.
- Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate English for meetings and business communication.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B opportunities through digital tools, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Drive new business by making high-volume cold calls, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified meetings.
- Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring a successful start with Lalamove.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline by updating CRM records and tracking every opportunity.
- Analyze sales performance and prospecting data to identify trends, optimize outreach strategies, and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to activation.
