Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Kaohsiung Diodes, TW is currently seeking applicants for a production coordinator. Responsible for control production schedule, delivery time and output. Cross department communication and coordination in response to production progress and demand

Job Location:

Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch is located in Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, home of many high-tech companies and Vishay is the one of the few foreign companies. At Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd. Kaohsiung Branch provides you with responsible and ethical leadership and we promote sound environmental health and safety principles and practices by encouraging open communication with employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors, customers, and industry groups.

What you will be doing:

• To lead operators 10~15 and control production schedule, delivery time and output.

• Responsible for the planning and management of production line operation.

• Implement production goals and achieve production indicators.

• Responsible for the operator supervision and performance appraisal.

• Cross department communication and coordination in response to production progress and demand

• Supervisor assignments.

What you will bring along:

• Graduate of college or above.

• Major in business management, industrial management, industrial engineering related department.

• Better with working experience in semiconductor.

• Able to use Microsoft Office.

• Able to read English.
