A healthcare organization in Boro Park is looking for a Coordinator to be the go-to contact for patients and caregivers. You'll keep services running smoothly, build real relationships with families and referral sources, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
- Maintain regular communication with patients and caregivers
- Address questions and resolve concerns in a timely manner
Service Coordination

Qualifications
