Description
## What you’ll do:
Assure customer satisfaction through our Quality System; accountable for quality performance by monitoring supplier quality related metrics, conducting Supplier Quality Assessments and audits.
Job Responsibilities
1\. Determine & resolve components warranty issues for the location.
2\. Monitors in a daily frequency of incoming claims coming from Non conformances.
3\. Comply with all requirements, communication and compliance related to supplierr claims and management of claims.
4\. Send Supplier Complaint Notifications and generate Quality alerts for external/Internal suppliers.
5\. Perform Audits for New Suppliers; active participation in the selection process of new suppliers.
6\. Perform Supplier Audits to Suppliers with bad quality metrics or based on Supplier Audits plan.
7\. Resolve issue(s) according to Quality procedures and policies between suppliers and SC.
8\. Responsible for the process / actions of Supplier Quality Management.
9\. Lead and document reported issues, from both internal/external suppliers.
10.Conduct analysis of all Suppliers NCP issues on a monthly basis, raise the required corrective action requests, and ensure effective / validated solutions are provided.
11.Participate in productions meetings to support quality related issues.
12.Perform Evaluation Reports.
13.Participate in Supplier’s Meetings and execute action plans for improvements.
14\. Lead all escalation meetings/visit to suppliers related to supplier performance issues.
## Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related fields.
Years and area of experience required
- Minimum experience of 1-3 years in similar positions related to quality/manufacturing
Technical knowledge
- Knowledge in: Lean, 6 Sigma and technical statistics, safety standards and regulations.
- PC Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Access and AS400
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- ISO 9001 Auditor as a plus
Preferred:
- MFG-PRO knowledge.
