Loyalty Automotive is launching the brand-new Loyalty Nissan of Short Pump, and we are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Service Concierge to help create an exceptional guest experience from the moment our customers arrive.

What is a Service Concierge?
Think of this role as the air traffic controller of the service drive.
You will be the first smiling face our customers see when they arrive, helping guide them through a smooth and organized service experience. This position plays a key role in managing traffic flow, assisting advisors, and ensuring our service drive operates efficiently.
You will help create a modern, organized greeting system that makes visiting Loyalty Nissan of Short Pump easy and enjoyable.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers as they arrive in the service drive with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Help organize vehicle traffic flow and guide customers to the appropriate service advisor.
- Assist with vehicle porting and logistics throughout the service process.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service lane.
- Communicate with advisors and technicians to ensure vehicles are moved efficiently.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and help create a five-star experience.
- Assist with light administrative or coordination tasks when needed
- Be part of a team focused on speed, organization, and customer satisfaction.
