Job Responsibilities :

The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting with the development and execution of channel marketing strategies. They are accountable for planning, execution, analysis, and improvement of marketing plans and campaigns to ensure all business goals and objectives are met.

Job Responsibilities:

The Retail Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting with the development and execution of channel marketing strategies. They are accountable for planning, execution, analysis, and improvement of marketing plans and campaigns to ensure all business goals and objectives are met.

• Execute, administer and report back on channel marketing programs and campaigns; monitor, record and analyze ROI.

• Recommend changes to existing programs so Razer is always leading the industry.

• Prepare and present success/learnings reports to management.

• Oversee merchandising activities, instore and online.

• Actively maintain all product listings to ensure content excellence.

• Utilise retailers online marketing tools to increase market share and revenue.

• Plan and track budget and marketing resource, manage the end-to-end process with creative briefing and accounting.

• Build good relationships with all channel partners.

• Build good relationships with your Regional Sales Managers to drive ROI.

• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

• BSc, BA or equiv. in Marketing

• 3-5 years+ in a channel marketing position in consumer electronic hardware, PC, or Console Gaming Industry

• Fluent in German and English (other languages e.g French also preferred)

• Proven analytical skills

• Keen attention to detail

• Team Player

• Gamer preferred
