Overview
The Dental Specialty Center of Colorado Springs is looking for an Office Manager to join our team! We are seeking a leader who is dependable, polished, professional, and an enthusiastic team player who prioritizes patient care. As a multi-specialty office, experience with dental specialties, especially Ortho, Endo, and Perio, is highly preferred. We provide a friendly work environment and excellent benefits. Compensation
- Up to $30 an hour based on experience, flexibility, and skillset

Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of dental management experience
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
- Willing to go to both the Dental Specialty Center of Colorado Springs and the Dental Specialty Center of Falcon
- Experience managing dental specialties such as endo, perio, and ortho is highly preferred
- Must be able to manage employee schedules, understand insurance billing and ledgers, be able to mediate and handle patient concerns, and coach team members
- Ability to take on a task and "figure it out"
- Must be willing to be in the office 36-40 hours per week, and also able to take team member call-outs, arrange coverage, etc
