Business Analyst Functional Analyst ServiceNow Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst for ServiceNow. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand business/client needs with a focus on client centricity, challenge requirements when necessary, and help the business reflect on needs regarding the fit with the tool (functional and technical feasibility) and tooling strategy. Obtain formal validation of collected requirements using mock-ups and visuals.
• Define and analyze the business model using modeling techniques and methods such as Aris and UML diagrams. Understand end-to-end processes and data flow, analyze and document new processes and data models in ServiceNow.
• Analyze and translate business/client needs into requirements for building target solutions in ServiceNow. Formalize and document requirements following squad standards, participate in functional analysis to support developer autonomy, and liaise with other contributors as needed.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities to ensure maximal quality.
• Support business onboarding to new solutions by mapping needs with delivered functionalities (change management).
• Act as an interface between stakeholders, communicating fluently both orally and in writing.
• Identify, communicate, and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues to ensure qualitative delivery (including Opus owner and feature owner roles).
• Work autonomously while being a strong team player.

Language Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.

Education:

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role, with some functional analysis knowledge. Knowledge of ServiceNow is preferable.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods (UML, Aris, mock-ups), and good expertise in MS Office.
• Preferable: Functional and technical basic knowledge.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Good understanding of workflow processes, excellent analytic skills, customer centricity and empathy, great stakeholder management, and strong communication skills.
• Preferable: Knowledge of Agile methodology (or execution roles such as Opus owner, feature owner), knowledge of the banking sector, and knowledge of ServiceNow.
