What we look for:

• You design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 / Agentforce architectures tailored to complex client environments.  
• You translate business requirements into technical solution designs across CRM, data, AI, integration, and cloud layers.  
• You ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions into existing IT landscapes, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce, and third-party systems.  
• You work closely with consulting, data, AI, and engineering teams to drive implementation quality from strategy to go-live.  
• You contribute to the development of OMMAX Salesforce architecture standards, reusable assets, best practices, and client-facing accelerators.

What we require:

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You bring several years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, CRM transformation, enterprise data architecture, or technical consulting.
• You have strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture, ideally including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Data Cloud / Data 360, and Agentforce.
• You are familiar with customer data models, system integration, APIs, cloud platforms, data governance, AI-enabled automation, and enterprise architecture principles.
• You have a strong understanding of CRM, CDP, marketing automation, customer 360, lead management, service automation, and AI-driven business processes.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
