As Research Manager, you’ll help shape how Charter Hall understands markets, assets and customer trends, providing insight that underpins investment decisions, portfolio strategy and long‑term value creation across our integrated platform.
How you’ll make an impact
Deliver market and asset insights that inform confident investment and portfolio decisions.
Translate complex data into clear, decision‑ready insight for senior stakeholders and investors.
Help the business anticipate risk and opportunity in a fast‑moving market environment.
Connect insight across teams, regions and external research partners to lift decision quality.
What you’ll bring to the team
Future‑focused capabilities, including resilience, agility and a collaborative mindset.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to prioritise, take initiative and work at pace.
Clear communication and writing skills, with experience turning insight into action.
Degree‑level qualifications and relevant experience in research, analysis or a related field.
