Overview
As Assistant Service Manager, you'll support the Service Manager in leading the automotive service team and ensuring customers receive a different and better experience. You'll lead the team when the Service Manager is absent, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and operations. Key responsibilities include achieving customer engagement success as measured by VIP SAX scores, developing a superior team through training and certification programs, controlling work order dispatching, maintaining facility and equipment standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
