Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Director, Digital Advisory to lead a portfolio of integrated client accounts in Hong Kong. You will manage a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and leading internal teams and external production partners to ensure projects are delivered with quality.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Account Ownership
- Act as the primary client lead across accounts, building trusted partnerships with client stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end delivery in a hands-on manner, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team, set expectations and provide guidance
- Manage external vendors and production partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality output
- Train agency capability in AI, digital and social marketing
Business & Growth
- Collaborate with teams to grow clients through digital services and integrated offerings
- Support new business pitches and contribute to building Edelman’s digital and integrated offering
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience at agencies or integrated marketing environments managing digital, social media, and/or integrated marketing scopes
- Experience managing a team and client relationships
- Deep understanding of social trends, local culture, and platform algorithms
- Hands-on and highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required
