- Define, govern, and continuously evolve minimum platform standards across Business Units, covering digital and AI capabilities, telemetry, performance, and business-outcome tracking.
- Own the performance and evolution of Distribution platforms, ensuring they provide a seamless, efficient, high-quality experience for agents, leaders, partners, and other end users, measured through adoption, satisfaction, conversion, and productivity outcomes.
- Be distribution-obsessed, maintaining a deep understanding of the distinct needs of Agency, Bancassurance, and Corporate Solutions, including channel-specific recruitment, training, performance management, activity management, compensation, income, incentives, and captive agency, broker, and corporate-solutions business models, where relevant.
- Provide thought leadership to extend AIA’s leadership in the industry through differentiated, market-leading Distribution capabilities and experiences.
- Lead the design and delivery of medium- to large-scale strategic initiatives, including platform enhancements, partner integrations, and digital tools, with clear success measures for business impact and cost efficiency.
- Establish and govern platform KPIs, performance benchmarks, and feature-level telemetry; use the resulting insights to prioritise improvements and lead targeted SIPs with defined outcomes.
- Embed AI, analytics, and responsible AI capabilities into Distribution platforms to enable more effective recruitment, training, sales, and salesforce management.
- Work with innovation teams to identify, validate, and industrialise new technologies into scalable Distribution capabilities and platforms.
- Continuously optimise the digital estate to reduce duplication, retire legacy tools where appropriate, improve cost efficiency, and maximise reuse of shared platforms, components, and capabilities.
- Provide clear direction and decision-making guidance to Business Units, and foster cross-channel collaboration by sharing proven practices, capabilities, and lessons learned.
- Act as a key leader within the Group Digital Leadership Team, shaping strategic direction, influencing cross-functional priorities, and driving alignment across markets and Business Units.
