Role description:

We are seeking an Digital Consultant to lead the delivery of digital transformation, data services, and product implementation projects across sectors including transport, social infrastructure, utilities, and the broader built environment.

As part of our Digital Advisory team, you will work closely with clients to assess their technology needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making. This role requires both technical expertise and business acumen, as you will play a key part in delivering projects, managing stakeholders, and driving business development.

You will govern projects through Agile delivery, ensuring digital solutions are implemented efficiently and iteratively while fostering collaboration across teams. In addition, you will mentor and develop colleagues, helping to upskill junior team members in digital project management, technical approaches, and client engagement. Finally, you will tap into Arcadis’s global digital communities, contributing to and learning from best practices in digital strategy, data services, and technology implementation.

Role accountabilities:

• Supporting the ongoing growth of our Digital Advisory business nationally.

• Leading the delivery of complex digital consulting projects across key sectors, for a variety or private and government customers ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client objectives and Arcadis’s strategic goals.

• Providing our Client’s specialist advice on digital transformation, technology assessments, data services, and product implementation to drive efficiency and innovation in client organisations.

• Supporting business development by identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and engaging with clients to expand Arcadis’s digital advisory services.

• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of Arcadis’s digital service offerings, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualification & Experience:

We are seeking someone with a desire to work in a growing team, strong interpersonal skills and earned experience in the management of internal and project teams through agile delivery processes.

• A degree in engineering, data science, computer science, or related fields.

• Strong experience in managing projects and teams, ideally in a consultancy environment.

• Minimum 7+ years in data services, analytics, automation, and technology implementation

• Extensive experience in digital transformation, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), solution design and implementation and multidisciplinary project delivery.

• Expertise in Agile project management and solution design.

• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

• A passion for innovation, sustainability, and mentoring others.
