About the Role

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to handle plaintiff-side litigation matters from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys advocacy, client interaction, litigation strategy, and helping injured individuals pursue their claims.

What You'll Do

• Handle personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Manage client communications and case development.
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy.
• Negotiate settlements and support case resolution efforts.
• Maintain an active caseload while meeting litigation deadlines.

What You'll Need

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling discovery, motions, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage an active caseload.
• Excellent organizational and case management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities.
• Stable employment history preferred.
