You will work in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to sharpen positioning, drive pipeline, and build Neolytix's reputation as the definitive operational partner for mid-market US healthcare providers. This role is designed as a bridge between seasoned execution and strategic ownership — the expectation is that you lead from the front, set the quality bar for the team's output, and proactively identify gaps without waiting to be directed.
- Own go-to-market strategy for new product launches and major feature releases — from positioning brief to post-launch measurement.
- Define release milestones and messaging in close coordination with Product Management; hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to launch timelines.
- Translate product capabilities into compelling, outcome-focused narratives for mid-market US healthcare providers.
2. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Lead ongoing market research covering US healthcare provider trends, payer dynamics, regulatory shifts (HIPAA, MACRA, CMS updates), and competitor positioning.
- Build and maintain a live competitive intelligence repository — win/loss analysis, pricing signals, feature benchmarking — and brief the Sales team regularly.
- Synthesise customer feedback, NPS data, and sales call insights into actionable product and messaging recommendations for leadership.
3. Positioning, Messaging & Content Leadership
- Serve as the primary author and quality gatekeeper for all product messaging: value propositions, one-pagers, website copy, and campaign narratives.
- Develop a consistent messaging architecture across the product portfolio — ensuring alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing channels.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact content assets: whitepapers, case studies, webinar scripts, battle cards, and ROI calculators.
4. Sales Enablement
- Architect and maintain the Sales enablement library — pitch decks, objection-handling guides, competitive battle cards, and persona-specific FAQs.
- Run enablement sessions for Sales and Account Management teams; track adoption and measure impact on conversion rates and deal velocity.
- Partner with senior AEs on strategic deal support — bespoke decks, proposal reviews, and stakeholder mapping for complex accounts.
5. Demand Generation Partnership
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to design and review integrated campaigns — email, paid digital, events, and ABM — aligned to ICP segments.
- Own campaign messaging and creative briefs; review outputs before launch to ensure positioning consistency.
- Analyse campaign performance data and recommend optimisations; report pipeline contribution to leadership on a monthly cadence.
6. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and review the work of junior/associate-level product marketers, providing structured feedback and raising the quality bar on all deliverables.
- Define team workflows, briefing templates, and review checkpoints to improve speed-to-market on campaigns and content.
- Act as an internal SME resource — available to Sales, Product, and CS teams for product marketing guidance on an ongoing basis.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary connector between Product, Sales, and Marketing — proactively surfacing misalignments and resolving them before they affect output.
- Present marketing strategy, competitive intelligence updates, and campaign reviews to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Represent the Marketing function in product planning sessions, contributing market and customer insight to roadmap prioritisation discussions.
8. Metrics, Reporting & Budget Awareness
- Define, track, and report on product marketing KPIs — product adoption, pipeline influenced, content engagement, and sales enablement utilization.
- Build a monthly marketing performance dashboard for senior leadership, with forward-looking recommendations alongside results.
- Demonstrate awareness of marketing spend allocation; flag ROI risks and opportunities to the Marketing Manager proactively.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of B2B SaaS or healthcare technology marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated product marketing role.
- Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy — not just execution support — across at least two product launches or major feature cycles.
- Prior experience working with or marketing to mid-market US healthcare providers (physician groups, specialty practices, ambulatory surgery centres, or health systems).
- Experience providing informal or formal direction to junior colleagues, whether through mentorship, content review, or workflow ownership.
Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the US healthcare regulatory environment (HIPAA, MACRA, CMS) and mid-market provider workflows. Familiarity with RCM, credentialing, or practice management software categories is a significant advantage.
Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build positioning frameworks, develop messaging hierarchies, and translate technical product features into provider-centric value narratives. Hands-on experience across content marketing, sales enablement, and digital campaign execution.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable with campaign and product analytics — able to pull insights from data, build a performance narrative, and make prioritisation recommendations independently.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Able to present confidently to senior leadership, run cross-functional workshops, and write executive-level copy without editorial support.
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in HubSpot (marketing automation), Salesforce or equivalent CRM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar). Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Notion, or Jira) preferred.
- A high-visibility role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — with direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear path to Product Marketing Manager.
- Opportunity to shape the positioning and go-to-market motion for a rapidly growing Healthcare SaaS product targeting the US mid-market.
- Collaborative work environment that values ownership, intellectual curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Competitive compensation and benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and performance-based incentives.
- Structured professional development with access to learning resources, external certifications, and leadership mentoring.
