We’re a growing international sportsbook operator and are looking for a **German-speaking Customer Operations Agent** to strengthen our team on-site in Malta
## Tasks
**Your role**
You’ll be part of our Customer Operations team and ensure a smooth experience for our users:
- Support customers via **live chat & email** (German & English)
- Handle **KYC checks** and verify documents
- Ensure accurate and timely **payout processing**
- Contribute to improving and streamlining internal processes
## Requirements
**Your profile**
- Fluent **German** (written & spoken) – **must-have**
- Very good **English skills**
- Willingness to work **flexible shifts** (incl. weekends & public holidays)
**Nice to have:**
- Experience in customer support (ideally iGaming / sports betting)
- Interest in sports or betting products
**What matters most:**
- Strong communication skills & empathy
- A structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Reliability and attention to detail

💰 **Competitive salary:** €28,000–€30,000 depending on experience
